Refund Policy

At Your WC Ninja (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided by our agency, we offer the following Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your project and request a refund, you must notify the Agency in writing within 14 days of the date of purchase.

If the project has not begun, the Agency will issue a full refund. If the project has begun, the Agency will determine the extent of work completed and issue a refund based on that percentage of the total project cost.

2. Disclaimer

The Agency reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests and will not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The client has changed their mind about the project
  • The client has failed to provide the necessary materials or information in a timely manner, which has delayed the project
  • The client has approved the work, but later decides they are not satisfied
  • The client has breached the terms of the contract or has been abusive or uncooperative
